E3 COMPANY JOURNEY
PHASE 1:
INVITE & ALIGNMENT
Every company begins with a growth readiness assessment conducted by the E3 team. This looks at revenues, leadership alignment, culture, and scalability potential. If the company meets the criteria, it is matched with a dedicated Operating Partner (a seasoned former executive, investor, and coach) who acts as the “quarterback” of the journey. The OP ensures the company’s strategy, leadership, and culture are aligned to support sustainable scale.
PHASE 2:
BUILD FOUNDATION
The first 100 days are about stabilization and momentum. The Operating Partner runs a 60-point diagnostic to identify structural and functional bottlenecks, then designs a custom execution plan. This includes implementing an operating system (EOS, Scaling Up, or LOP), upgrading the org chart, aligning incentives, and installing a governance framework. By the end of this phase, the company has a clear rhythm, accountability, and the foundation to scale.
PHASE 3:
DRIVE EXECUTION & INNOVATION
With the foundation set, the focus turns to performance and scale levers. Companies establish dashboards and KPIs, embed management rhythms, and drive cultural alignment. The OP helps the leadership team embrace accountability while reinforcing transparency and discipline. At the same time, E3 introduces technology, AI, and digital tools to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and innovation. This is where execution accelerates and the company demonstrates true scalability.
PHASE 4:
VALUE REALIZATION
Once growth is proven, attention shifts to capturing and sustaining value. This may include preparing for a monetization event (recap, partial exit, or full exit), deploying disciplined capital into M&A etc. The major goal is the transition from operator to owner-investor.
